Book the Hall
Thank you for your interest in hiring Stratton and District Village Hall. We aim to keep the process simple, clear and friendly.
How Booking Works
- Check the hall calendar for your preferred date and time.
- Send us a booking enquiry with a few details about your event or activity.
- We will check availability and get back to you with confirmation or possible alternatives.
- If your booking can go ahead, we will send a booking reference and payment instructions.
Typical Rates
- Minimum booking: 1.5 hours, including any time you need for setting up and clearing away.
- Community/Community Benefit: £9.00 per hour, minimum charge £13.50.
- Commercial and other users: £12.00 per hour, minimum charge £18.00.
- High volume (>500hrs/year): £7.00 per hour.
- These rates include infrared heating during the hire period.
These rates are a quick guide. We will confirm the final amount before asking for payment. Payment in full is usually required one week before the event, or the first date for a recurring event.
